About the Role

This is a senior leadership position that combines technical expertise with people leadership and business partnering to support decision-making and long-term success.

The successful candidate will lead the financial operations of our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight. They will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and accounts receivable and payable functions.

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with accounting standards.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including external audits.
  • Oversee general ledger functions and maintain robust internal controls.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business initiatives.
  • Drive improvements in financial systems and processes.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Lead the preparation and lodgement of annual financial statements for all group entities.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks through strong internal controls and best practices.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and accountability.
What We Are Looking For
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CA qualification preferred).
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and tools such as SAP, BPC, AARO, and Power BI.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A hands-on, can-do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Experience in a multinational corporation (desirable).
