Job Description:

Hyatt Regency Sydney, a haven of relaxation for business or leisure travellers, is seeking a Hotel Operations Leader to join their team. Located in the heart of Sydney's Central Business District, the hotel boasts 878 guestrooms, multiple dining experiences, and event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Front Office team, ensuring seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Inspire a culture of care, encouraging genuine connections with guests and colleagues.
  • Active involvement in upselling initiatives, handling guest queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate records and conduct informative handovers to ensure a smooth transition between shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated Front Office experience in a high-volume hotel operation, proficiency in the OPERA property management system, and proven leadership qualities.

This role offers a competitive salary package, estimated at AU$65,000 - AU$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
