Payroll Specialist

About the Role:
The Payroll Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the global operations of TikTok's HR department. This position will be responsible for assisting in the daily payroll department operations, preparing payroll data, reports, and new-hire employee information, and responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing daily payroll department operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll data.
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed payroll reports, including new-hire employee information.
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns regarding payroll issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and database programs to ensure seamless payroll-related integration.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house payroll experience, with a strong understanding of payroll operations and tax laws in Mexico.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software and systems, with a focus on data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
