Job Title: Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at IPAR. As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with injuries or health conditions to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored rehabilitation plans;
  • Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to implement rehabilitation strategies and promote return to work;
  • Provide education and training to clients and employers on injury prevention and workplace safety;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs and services;
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy;
  • Registration with relevant governing body;
  • Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
