Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. The successful candidate will work with clients to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs, providing occupational rehabilitation services to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case management and assessment of clients with various conditions
  • Development and implementation of injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaboration with employers, employees, medical professionals, and allied health professionals
  • Working across various schemes, including workers compensation, compulsory third party, and employer-funded injury prevention programs
Requirements
  • Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Nursing, Social Work, or Physiotherapy
  • Registration with relevant governing bodies
  • Previous experience in occupational rehabilitation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassion, kindness, and empathy
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
