Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Transport Scheduler Support to join our team at our Perth Airport depot. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for assisting with the scheduling, coordination, and monitoring of our fleet in line with Fatigue Management regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the scheduling and coordination of fleet movements to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.
  • Manage site levels and daily usage to optimize fleet utilization.
  • Liaise with our fleet maintenance department to ensure effective planning of scheduled maintenance.
  • Ensure safe, cost-effective, and reliable distribution of products.
  • Provide daily internal reporting outlining activity, forward planning, and daily delivery volumes.
Requirements
  • Previous scheduling or coordination experience in the transport and logistics industry.
  • Proven background in administration and coordination, with a strong attention to detail and excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Highly developed organizational, planning, and computer skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
