About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Director of Management Consultancy to join our team at Sabre BTS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic consulting and leadership development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to drive revenue and expansion
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality consulting and leadership development projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth and development
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain relevant and effective
  • Collaborate with our global team to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in professional services or consulting
  • Demonstrable experience in business development and selling
  • Experience and interest in facilitation, presentation, or coaching, bringing an executive presence and sense of gravitas
  • An interest in designing and development of learning journeys, particularly in the field of Leadership Development and or Business Acumen
  • Highly client-centric with an entrepreneurial mindset and interest in developing relationships, expanding your network, and driving consistent sales activity to identify opportunities to generate revenue
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
