We are seeking a seasoned Director of Retail Consulting to drive business growth and transformation for our retail clients. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in retail consulting, change management, and team leadership to advise retailers on maximizing the impact of Focal Systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our retail clients to develop and implement tailored strategies for improving operations and driving business results.
  • Lead the change management process, ensuring seamless adoption and integration of Focal Systems.
  • Maximize efficiency and productivity through process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expansion within our clients.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers/Retail Consultants in Australia.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and support for Focal Systems.
  • Work across retail functional silos to maximize the value of Focal-generated data.
  • Provide strategic guidance to inform the Focal product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Proactively address barriers to success and develop solutions to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in retail consulting or change management, preferably within the grocery industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with VP and C-level executives.
  • Understanding of key success factors, trends, and strategies in the grocery industry.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to streamline and implement new structures and roles that drive speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and demonstration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment, with flexibility to work remotely.
