About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Agile Coach to join our Automation Delivery team at Vero Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching teams on agile practices to grow agile maturity.

You will build strong, trusted relationships with business and customer groups and within the teams, removing impediments/blockers and coaching teams to resolve them.

In addition, you will develop, monitor, and communicate team reporting and metrics, assisting in the development, planning, and delivery of a portfolio of work for teams.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in technology and agile principles. If you have 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, Agile Coach, or Iteration Manager, we would love to hear from you.

About You
  • You have a deep technical background and understanding of software development and SDLC.
  • You possess high-level communication and mentoring skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • You have awareness and experience with Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing.
