The Role

We're seeking an experienced Agile Coach to provide leadership and guidance in continuously improving our agile ways of working. As part of our Agile Coaching team, you'll play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders and teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate in-depth experience as an agnostic and pragmatic Agile Coach, driven by a passion for helping people
  • Apply your expertise in one or more agile-at-scale frameworks, such as SAFe, LESS, DAD, etc., as well as agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban
  • Coach and mentor multiple teams and leaders, guiding them in applying agile values, principles, and practices
  • Design strategies to facilitate organisation-wide adoption of agile methodologies
  • Organise and facilitate various agile events as required
  • Develop and deliver agile training sessions as needed
  • Support product teams in establishing effective ways of working, including collaboration with software vendors/partners and promoting cohesion across teams
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowering teams to enhance their capabilities
  • Be the Jira guru in the area, supporting transparency across teams
Your Background

We're looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience working in agile environments, either as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a proven track record of successfully introducing and embedding agile concepts. A recognised industry Agile Coaching Certification is desirable.
