Our in-house team of developers also produce industry leading charging technology, from chargers to grid and energy management systems, with our products being behind the scenes of some of the world's leading EV charging projects.The RoleAs an EV Charging Support Technician, you will play a key role in remotely commissioning EV charging systems and providing ongoing support via a ticketing system to meet customer SLAs.
This role is well-suited for someone with experience in providing technical support and fault-finding, with an understanding of IT systems and networking being highly desirable.
