This is a dynamic role within our eMobility team, where you will play a pivotal part in driving the adoption of EV charging solutions across the construction and building industry.
As Business Relationship Lead, your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging with strata managers and building managers to retrofit charging infrastructure in existing buildings, collaborating with internal sales channels to drive sales and deliver tailored EV charging solutions outcomes, managing a small portfolio of key accounts, contributing to ongoing support and services of account management, and building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction and building industries.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic individual with a proven record in business development and relationship management, ideally within construction or EV industries. You will have exceptional communication skills, ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, adaptability and problem-solving skills to navigate the evolving landscape of the EV and construction industries, self-motivation and initiative to drive projects forward autonomously, emotional intelligence and empathy to understand customer needs and pain points, collaboration and teamwork skills, resilience and perseverance to thrive in a competitive sales environment, and ability to craft tailored EV solutions that resonate with customers' goals.
