The role of a Performance Marketing Manager involves overseeing paid media strategy and leveraging marketing technology to drive leads.

About the Job

As part of the retail marketing team, you will collaborate closely with our media agency to define campaign objectives and briefings, as well as review and report on media activity.

  • Manage the relationship with the group media agency - Zenith Media.
  • Develop and implement paid media strategies from start to finish.
  • Analyze data to inform and improve the quality and conversion of media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team to leverage learnings and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in paid media or agency.
  • Senior manager or associate media/insights director level.
  • Ability to work autonomously and develop relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Intelligence, Meta Business Manager, Google platforms & Excel.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
