Retirement Living Community Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Retirement Living Community Coordinator to join our team.

  • Manage resident information, billing, and invoicing with precision and accuracy.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing their inquiries, compliments, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident information, including demographic data, medical history, and other relevant details.
  2. Process and manage billing and invoicing for residents, ensuring timely payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with the Community Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to ensure the highest standards of facilities, gardens, and grounds are maintained.
