Job Description

The Retirement Living Community Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a retirement living community.

This includes creating an environment that fosters engagement and satisfaction among residents, providing exceptional customer service, and managing various aspects such as financial planning, staff management, and resident relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Direct and manage a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop staff members to enhance performance and productivity.
  • Servicing and Partnerships: Coordinate with internal and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Business Development: Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
