Our Retirement Living Community Manager will lead a welcoming and enriching environment, prioritising excellent customer service and addressing resident needs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations including financial management, staff management, and resource coordination
- Provide leadership and management of all community operations
- Create a supportive community where residents can thrive in their retirement years
- Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level
- Exceptional customer service and leadership skills
- Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry
