About This Role

Scope has an exciting opportunity for a Restrictive Practices Regulatory Reporting Specialist to work within our Quality, Safeguarding and Practice (QSP) team.

The Regulatory Reporting Team plays a key role in ensuring compliance and accuracy in reporting restrictive practices. They manage detailed records, monitor monthly reporting, and uphold regulatory standards to safeguard the rights of people with disabilities.

  • Audit and report on the use of restrictive practices to state bodies and the NDIS.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure timely and correct reporting.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, authorisations, and reviews while contributing to continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Experience with reportable incidents or regulatory reporting in disability, health, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of human rights, positive behaviour support, and trauma-informed, person-centered practice.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
