
Restrictive Practices Leader

This is a high-level leadership role that involves managing and implementing restrictive practices in compliance with state and federal legislation.
The successful candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to provide expert advice and guidance to staff and practitioners.
Key responsibilities include leading, coordinating, and supervising team members in the management and monitoring of authorisation processes and changes to systems.
Ongoing evaluation and improvement of practice approaches to ensure best outcomes for clients.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with teams, families, and external stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.
Effective communication and conflict resolution skills are essential in this role.
Strong focus on client outcomes, quality services, and maintaining standards of excellence.
