Lead Regulatory Reporting Specialist
">We are seeking a skilled Lead Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading group-wide regulatory reporting and screening within Financial Crime Compliance.
">Your key responsibilities will include ensuring obligations under IFTI and TTR reporting, as well as governing screening programs. You will provide advisory support across sanctions, third-party, customer, employee, and payment screening; collaborate with analytics and risk teams to validate data integrity and support compliance frameworks.
">This role covers both business-as-usual (BAU) and uplift projects. We are looking for someone with deep expertise in screening and regulatory reporting, including AML/CTF and AUSTRAC guidance. Line 2 experience is preferred.
">You will have experience in financial services and banking, with the ability to navigate complex initiatives and build relationships. Strong critical thinking, pragmatism, and the ability to meet deadlines and communicate clearly are essential.
