Job Description

Key responsibilities include managing all warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of products, as well as leading a high-performing warehouse team to drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate freight logistics and shipping documentation to guarantee timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Maintain safe equipment use and perform regular maintenance to comply with Australian safety standards.
  • Develop process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.

  • You have proven experience in warehouse and inventory management, logistics, and aligning operations with production needs.
  • You possess strong leadership skills with experience in team recruitment, training, and performance management.
