We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery processes and achieving exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of distribution and management principles, with experience in supervising teams and managing KPIs. You will work closely with our Operations Manager and Supervisors to drive performance and continuous improvement.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse KPIs to ensure consistent success.
  • Health and Safety: Prioritise and enforce health and safety practices to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
  • Team Management: Collaborate with the Operations Manager, customer service, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth receipt and delivery processes.
  • Mentorship: Foster a fast-paced yet organised environment, driving performance and continuous improvement. Mentor and develop your team, ensuring staff engagement and growth.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with a firm knowledge of distribution.
  • Skills: Management of team KPIs to ensure the teams meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Qualifications: Vigilant around health and safety practices within the warehouse. Concise communication, working closely with the Operations Manager, customer service team, drivers & warehouse staff to ensure customer delivery requirements and incoming receipt requirements are met.
  • Achievements: Confident in being able to manage a fast-moving environment. Outstanding people skills, including a genuine interest in developing their people.
