About the Role

This position is accountable for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations and directing the performance of your team.

You will collaborate closely with your Operations Manager and Supervisors to ensure exceptional service to our customers while surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs).

Your leadership will play a pivotal role in shaping a culture that emphasizes safety, productivity, and a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse KPIs to ensure consistent success.
  • Prioritize and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a secure and compliant working environment.
  • Collaborate with Operations Manager, customer service, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless receipt and delivery processes.
  • Foster a fast-paced yet organized environment, driving productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and develop your team, ensuring staff engagement and growth.
  • Provide ongoing performance feedback and support to build a high-performing team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you require a responsible sense of purpose and have:

  • Warehouse management experience with a solid understanding of distribution.
  • Management of team KPIs to meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Vigilant health and safety practices within the warehouse.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Confidence in managing a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in developing others.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office suite skills.
