Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our organization in a dynamic environment.

This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for managing returned goods and supporting warehouse operations.

  • Manage receipt, inspection, and processing of returned and damaged goods.
  • Track and document returned stock accurately.
  • Identify opportunities to recycle or repurpose items.
  • Assess goods for defects, refurbishment, or disposal.
  • Follow safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with warehouse teams to streamline processes.
  • Maintain records of stock movements and resolutions.
  • Suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and recovery.
  • Work with suppliers, transport teams, and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, preferably in reverse logistics. They should be physically fit for manual handling tasks, including lifting and moving stock.
