**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the accurate and timely receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods, ensuring quality control and adherence to procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records through regular stocktakes and effective stock control to meet operational demand and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff, creating a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Coordinate freight logistics and shipping documentation to ensure timely and accurate deliveries and meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure safe use and regular maintenance of equipment, with full compliance to Australian safety standards and regulations.
