About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our finance team on a 2-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll with accuracy and precision, preparing and processing the fortnightly payroll for 160 employees, and providing support to staff with payroll inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and processing of fortnightly payroll for 160 employees
  • Providing support to staff with payroll inquiries and ensuring a smooth process
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date payroll records

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in payroll and a strong understanding of payroll legislation
  • Confidence with payroll systems and Excel
  • Detailed-oriented and organized approach
  • Experience with Netsuite (Oracle) is a bonus, but not essential
