Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies across international and local brands.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients to ensure consistent communication, delivery, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape campaigns that are culturally relevant, brand-aligned, and results-driven.
  • Source, vet, and recommend influencers aligned with brand tone, values, and audience.
  • Oversee campaign execution, from briefing and approvals to reporting.
  • Draft and manage influencer strategies for events, product launches, and store openings.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, delivering insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing agency or consumer brand environment.
  • Proven experience planning and executing influencer-led campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy and social media storytelling.
  • Strong relationships with Australian influencers, talent agencies, and lifestyle media.
  • Natural communicator with excellent client-facing skills and project management abilities.

This role is full-time in a shared office environment.
