About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will lead and coordinate engineering and construction activities for multiple projects. Your technical expertise will ensure quality standards are met and project specifications are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth technical reviews, risk assessments, and quality control measures to guarantee project success.
  • Effectively manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to address and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Ensure adherence to strict safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer successfully completing high-rise residential construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
