Position Overview

Our client, a federal government agency, is in search of qualified candidates for the role of Instructors/Course Manager. This position entails overseeing the comprehensive training process, ensuring the effective delivery of educational content.

Key Responsibilities

You will be tasked with:

  • Instructional Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and deliver course material effectively.
  • Course Management: Oversee the courses conducted by the Training Wing, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential clerical assistance for course administration and governance.
  • Documentation Generation: Create necessary documentation and outputs in the required formats.
  • Support Services: Offer assistance to meet urgent deadlines as they arise.
Selection Criteria

The selection process will evaluate candidates based on the following:

  • Proven experience in delivering instructional content related to military operations.
  • Experience in planning and executing training courses or curricula.
  • Possession of an active NV1 security clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the Australian Defence Force and experience in high-level project support within Defence is desirable.
