Position Overview

Our client, a federal government agency, is looking for experienced Instructors/Course Managers for a significant contract opportunity. You will play a vital role in the delivery of training programs and course management.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will encompass the entire course lifecycle, including:

  • Instructional Delivery: Presenting training content effectively.
  • Course Management: Overseeing courses conducted by the Training Wing.
  • Administrative Support: Providing clerical assistance for course delivery and governance.
  • Documentation Generation: Creating necessary documentation and outputs in appropriate formats.
  • Support Services: Offering assistance to meet urgent deadlines.
Selection Criteria

Your selection will be based on the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering instructional content related to military operations.
  • Background in planning and/or delivering training courses or curriculums.
  • Active NV1 security clearance is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with the Australian Defence Force and experience in high-level project support within Defence is desirable.
