Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Training Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling in-person training sessions, traveling to client sites to conduct fire safety and evacuation training, and providing administrative support to our Director and Building Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule in-person training sessions with the Director and Building Managers
  • Travel to client sites to conduct fire safety and evacuation training, ensuring a safe and effective training experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for building managers in relation to training, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Organize online training for clients who cannot attend face-to-face sessions, ensuring seamless delivery and follow-up
  • Ensure completion of all courses and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Support the Director with the preparation of fee proposals, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Produce and collate necessary reports relating to the Fire & Risk department, providing valuable insights and data
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and other documentation on Microsoft Word, showcasing expertise and creativity
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the business, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements
  • A great attitude and drive to get things done, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience in project management is highly advantageous, with knowledge of building/fire regulations a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and administration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A love for training and a passion for delivering exceptional results
