Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic customer value management specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consumer business, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven customer base management strategies to drive customer retention and revenue growth throughout the customer lifecycle.
The Opportunity:
Join us in shaping the future of our customer base management approach. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with various teams to create, review, and optimize customer segmentation strategies to maximize retention and value growth of agreed customer segments.
Key Objectives:
- Proactively manage customer value across the lifecycle by increasing customer multi-product holdings, decreasing customer churn, and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Set the vision and strategic direction for customer base management to increase customer multi-product holdings and improve customer retention.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively work cross-functionally to execute customer base management strategies and create, review, and optimize customer segmentation to maximize retention and value growth of agreed customer segments.
- Use data analysis to identify key trends and insights to drive decision making in the development of customer lifecycle strategies.
- Determine roadmap of prioritized and phased cross-functional initiatives to deliver to strategy.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in telecommunications or related industry in one-on-one marketing, customer relationship management, or customer retention role.
- Commercially astute with a background in managing product portfolio and P&L.
- Experience in developing, executing customer-facing propositions, and launching new initiatives to market coupled with relevant experience in customer data and insights.
