Key Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our Commercial Hotel team as Assistant Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with strong people skills and leadership experience to take on a key role in the hotel's operations.

  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for guests
  • To assist the Publican in managing daily hotel operations, including staff supervision and inventory management
  • To maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
  • To develop and implement strategies to improve sales and revenue growth
About You:
  • You have a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • You hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications
