Job Title

A dedicated and passionate Lead Educator is required to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced educator to lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and implementing an educational, play-based program for children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with your colleagues to create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children aged 0-5 years
  • Lead and mentor a team of early childhood professionals
  • Conduct observations and assessments of children's learning and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and stimulating learning environment
Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful candidate will hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or be studying towards one. They will also have a current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR and Asthma Anaphylaxis certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
