Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the operations of our early learning centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and experiences for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of centre directors and educators to deliver exceptional outcomes for children
  • Develop and implement centre-based programs that align with the National Quality Standards and Early Years Learning Framework
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and continuous improvement
  • Provide coaching and support to centre teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Travel regularly to visit centres and sites across metropolitan Brisbane and NSW

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the early childhood sector
  • A Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
  • Valid Working with Children Check and Additional Child Protection Training
  • Strong understanding of regulations, laws, and policies governing the early childhood sector
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
