The Ambulance Operations Leadership role is critical to the success of our Specialist Operations and Coordination division.
- This senior position requires a highly motivated and strategic leader who can provide executive leadership and oversight of all aspects of the division, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements and achievement of key performance indicators.
- Ambition, drive and expertise in ambulance service operations are essential for this position. The successful applicant will have:
Tertiary or postgraduate qualification in a relevant clinical discipline (medicine, paramedicine or similar) enabling an understanding and performance of technical elements of the position.
Extensive senior experience in ambulance service operations including development, implementation and evaluation of service delivery and operational programs.
Strong knowledge and experience of statewide telecommunications technology and communications.
An ability to advance clinical knowledge through an understanding of contemporary ambulance/healthcare issues via problem solving and systems thinking.
