Job Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic NSW State Manager to lead our NSW Branch based in Macquarie Park.

This role offers the chance to develop high-performing teams, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage the Branch to achieve their sales budget and related KPIs.
  • Talent Development: Develop the skills and capabilities of the sales team in line with established sales methodology.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Motivate and support the Branch to drive sales and manage internal processes from pre-sales to delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Build and implement business strategies to develop new and existing account growth.
  • Team Management: Allocate work and projects to the team according to deadlines and business goals.
  • Culture Building: Implement a High Performance Culture strategy in line with a National plan.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Strong leadership, business acumen, and a sense of urgency.
  • Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in sales and a proven track record of overachieving budgets.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and proactively network with corporate and government communities.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Performance Monitoring: Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
  • Valid Working Rights: Valid working rights for Australia.
