A Competitive Salary Package

We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus benefits.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic State Manager to lead our NSW Branch based in Macquarie Park. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and managing the Branch to achieve their sales budget and/or related KPIs.

  • Develop the skills and capabilities of the sales team in line with established sales methodology.
  • Motivate and support the Branch to drive sales and manage internal processes from pre-sales to delivery to ensure success and achievement of targets.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong leadership, business acumen, and a sense of urgency.
  • Extensive experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • A proven track record of overachieving budgets.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
