Key Role Summary

Your next career move will see you in a pivotal customer-facing position, developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities within the Façade industry. This key role involves creating value through effective account strategies, building long-term relationships, and driving sales growth.

  • You will be responsible for managing your daily schedule to optimize client potential and sales productivity by zone territory.
  • As a Hilti Champion, you will represent the brand in the marketplace, carrying technical knowledge to present high-level customer consultations.
  • You will track your progress using Salesforce, recording interactions and reporting on sales performance.
Essential Skills and Qualifications

This role requires:

  • Experience working within the Construction and Façade industry, preferably with a tertiary qualification in engineering or architecture.
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or customer-facing role, with solution selling and customer-centric approach skills.
  • A valid Australian driver's license and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Motivation and ability to work independently, managing your own call cycle and building strong discipline to manage accounts remotely.
  • Proven negotiation and influencing abilities, with advanced planning skills.
