System Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to fill the role of System Administrator. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing and implementing endpoint environments, as well as expertise in MECM, Intune, and Windows 10/11 operating systems.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers, management, and peers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and configuring Windows 11 endpoint environments
  • Providing BAU support services, including incident, change, and problem management
  • Working on project-based initiatives to enhance and migrate system infrastructure

Requirements for this role include:

  • Proven experience in an enterprise environment
  • Expertise in MECM/SCCM infrastructure, patching, and management
  • Experience with InTune and migrating tasks and policies from MECM
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments
  • Strong understanding of SOE/MOEs design and implementation

Additionally, we require the following skills:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL principles, specifically Change & Incident management
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
