Job Title: Enterprise Infrastructure Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, management and peers to design, configure and implement the Windows 11 endpoint environment, including Microsoft Teams, Office 365, MECM, Intune, iVanti and its supporting infrastructure.

  • Responsibilities include BAU support of these services, incident, change and problem management.
  • Project work on service enhancements and system migrations will also be undertaken.
Requirements:
  • Experience consulting or working in an enterprise environment is essential.
  • Extensive experience with designing and implementing SOE/MOEs, including Windows and Security Updates, Advanced Group Policy Management, Task Sequence creation and management, and deployment to an enterprise environment.
  • Experience writing, editing and maintaining PowerShell Scripts is also required.
  • Additional requirements include experience with Active Directory and Group Policy management, Applications Packaging, native and virtual, with some exposure or experience with MSI-X.
  • Security products including application whitelisting, anti-virus and USB hardening are also a must.
  • Exposure to PowerBI and Power Apps is beneficial.
  • Australian Citizen with the ability to hold an AGSVA clearance (NV1 preferred) and Police Check and Fit for Work certificate are mandatory.
  • The successful candidate will be local to Canberra with a hybrid WFH/Office roster.
Certifications:
  • ITIL Foundation (optional),
  • Microsoft Certifications on M365, MECM/SCCM, Windows
  • Any other IT certifications are beneficial.
