Job Overview:

The Senior Commercial Analyst will manage vendor contracts with meticulous attention to detail, encompassing financial reporting, administration, and governance across a program. This role harmoniously blends finance, stakeholder collaboration, and data integrity to ensure strategic alignment and commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee contract administration and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless commercial financial management.
  • Deliver accurate financial reporting, including month-end activities, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Maintain financial ledgers, registers, and data quality to support decision-making and governance.
  • Innovate and enhance Program management and reporting of vendor contract spend, leveraging various systems and working closely with the Financial Controller.
  • C coordinate onboarding and offboarding of external workers, managing access via an External Workers Database.
  • Identify and track risks, ensuring governance and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in financial services with finance business partnering and/or complex commercial/project management.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (mandatory); CPA or CA (desired).
  • Strong finance business partnering skills with advanced financial management and reporting capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and spend tracking.
  • Exposure to contract management with an understanding of contractual terms, performance metrics and compliance.
  • Proven track record of process improvement, innovation and skill in using Excel and data analytics systems.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
