ERP Implementation Trainer

We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation Trainer to play a pivotal role in our major ERP implementation project. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for creating engaging, web-based training content.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing dynamic, interactive training materials that support users through the transition to new systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engaging, interactive content using Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) to support end-user training on ERP systems.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure content is aligned with project timelines and business goals.
  • Integrate training content seamlessly into ERP systems to maximize learning effectiveness for specific user roles.
  • Work closely with the Training Lead, Super Users, and SMEs to ensure learning content meets business needs and addresses any gaps in system knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyse user feedback and engagement data to continuously improve and refine the training experience.

About You:

  • A strong technical skillset with experience in developing training content for complex systems, preferably ERP.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance interactive content and fully leverage OGL functionality.
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt to new platforms and technologies.
  • Skilled communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and adapt content to suit varied learning styles.
  • Experience in a training, content development, or change management role is desirable.
