We're seeking an experienced and skilled Technical Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our venues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our bowling machines, including mechanical repairs, cleaning, and general lane fixes during shifts;
  • Assist in the maintenance of all other equipment in the venue;
  • Liaise with specialist trades/contractors; and
  • Carry out general facility upkeep tasks, such as painting and repairs.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with our national technical team, who will provide comprehensive training and ongoing support. We're looking for someone with a strong technical background, proven experience, and a willingness to learn and problem-solve.

We value a mature, collaborative approach to work, as well as an ability to work autonomously while communicating effectively with the team. If you have a technical aptitude, are eager to learn, and want to work in a dynamic environment, then we'd love to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will have a natural aptitude for mechanical systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also have a high level of physical fitness and be able to lift heavy objects when required.
