Position Summary

We are seeking a Quality and Compliance Manager to lead our audit and compliance efforts. This is a key role in ensuring we meet regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality systems and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Lead audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across the organization.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality systems and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Aviation Lead Auditor Certificate.
  • Relevant experience in quality management, auditing, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
