Remote WA Projects: Civil Engineer Career Opportunities

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Port Hedland, Western Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of civil projects in the fast-paced, hands-on environment of WA's mining sector.

About the Role:

  • Assist in planning and managing daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Prepare and implement ITPs, QA documentation, and progress reports
  • Monitor daily costs, quantities, and materials usage
  • Work closely with Project Engineers and Supervisors to keep delivery on track
  • Build your skills across all aspects of civil construction project execution

Your Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in civil contracting in Australia
  • Exposure to FIFO or remote mining projects, especially bulk earthworks in the Pilbara
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, site safety, and civil scopes
  • Practical mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and solution-focused
  • Bachelors Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or similar
