Site Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and the ability to manage daily site activities and subcontractor coordination.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and managing daily site activities and subcontractor coordination
  • Prepare and implement Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs), quality assurance documentation, and progress reports
  • Monitor daily costs, quantities, and materials usage
  • Collaborate with Project Engineers and Supervisors to ensure project delivery on track
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Site Engineer in civil contracting in Australia
  • Familiarity with FIFO or remote mining projects, particularly bulk earthworks in Western Australia
  • Strong understanding of QA processes, site safety, and civil scopes
  • A practical mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and solution-focused
