Earthworks Project Manager

The role of Senior Earthworks Supervisor is critical to the success of a heavy bulk earthworks project on a WA mine site. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, manage crews and resources, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
This challenging opportunity requires experience in coordinating and allocating crews, machinery, and resources for bulk earthworks projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing civil construction teams and effectively utilizing plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily activity on site during construction.
- Coordinate and allocate crews, machinery, and resources for bulk earthworks projects.
- Drive an injury-free safety culture and ensure OSH compliance.
- 5-10 years' experience as an Earthworks Supervisor on minesite BULK EARTHWORKS projects in WA's Pilbara region.
- Proven success in managing civil construction teams and effective utilization of plant and equipment.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Immediate availability and current residence in Perth/WA to undertake FIFO 2/1 roster.
- Stability with a top-tier national civil contractor.
- A competitive remuneration package including superb compensation circa $260-290K (total package).
