Established civil engineering contractors in Western Australia seek a Site Engineer to deliver high-quality bulk earthworks and infrastructure projects across the Pilbara. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional looking to take the next step in their career.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience as a Site Engineer in civil contracting, with exposure to FIFO or remote mining projects, especially bulk earthworks in the Pilbara.

This role offers a range of responsibilities including planning and managing daily site activities, coordinating subcontractors, preparing and implementing ITPs, QA documentation, and progress reports, and monitoring daily costs, quantities, and materials usage.

  • Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or similar, strong understanding of QA processes, site safety, and civil scopes, and a practical mindset with a willingness to be hands-on and solution-focused.
