  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to optimize the supply chain and drive business success.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and expansion, collaborating with the product development team to bring new and innovative accessories to market.
  • Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize financial results.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

  • Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, strong analytical skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
