HR Transformation Specialist

The company seeks an experienced HR Projects professional to play a key role in a significant digital transformation. This person will guide and support others through a major system change, ensuring a smooth transition.
This HR Projects professional will work closely with various teams to support ongoing data migration. They will also collaborate with key stakeholders, including Payroll and Finance, to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
Key responsibilities include developing and delivering training to enhance system capability across the organisation. This includes supporting system implementations, providing technical guidance, and ensuring award interpretation.

- Support ongoing data migration with various teams.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Advanced experience in HRIS administration, particularly in implementation.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management.
- Solid experience within HR, including award interpretation.
- Collaborative mindset and exceptional communication skills.
- Immediate availability for work.
- Preparedness to work full-time on a 6-12 month fixed term contract.
